As a painter’s apprentice, you will be on a structured training program where you will learn Level 1 skills such as masking, prepping, equipment maintenance, inventory maintenance, introductory painting (walls and ceiling), pressure washing, and customer service.

As a painter, you will continue on the structured training program where you will learn Level 2 & 3 skills such as trimming, texturing, ladder movement, independent painting by brush (doors & frames, ceilings, baseboards, walls), independent painting by spraying (all interior areas, all exterior areas). 

As a lead painter, you will finish your structured training program where you will learn Level 4 & 5 skills such as detailed cabinet painting, staining, dry rot repair, drywall repair, wallpaper stripping, safety and project management, mitigation and client satisfaction, and apprentice training.
